Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a team of global program managers and program operation directors.
  • Oversee the evolution and standardization of global project management tools and methodologies.
  • Drive cross-functional program and project teams in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with program teams to develop the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), including budget and resource planning.
  • Define and align sub-team deliverables with the IDP to ensure timely achievement of program milestones.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for drug product development.
  • Take ownership of program planning and Gantt chart development to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Ensure consistent practices and processes across the program portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Organization (PMO) to adhere to PMO processes, particularly regarding stage gates and governance.
  • Document the functional activities of the project team within a matrix framework.
  • Coordinate the preparation of governance documents and presentations, and facilitate phase transitions/tollgates in collaboration with the Program Lead.
  • Support the Program Lead in core team meetings, including setting agendas, preparing slide decks, taking minutes, documenting decisions, and moderating meetings as needed.
  • Identify program risks/opportunities and implement appropriate management and development strategies.
