Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HRIS and HR Operations related queries within our HR Helpdesk
  • Provide a 1st class global HR service to the organization ensuring internal SLAs are met.
  • Day-to-day management of the HRIS to maintain the access and functionality required by all system users.
  • Accuracy and integrity of all data entered, monitored, and extracted from HRIS by following strict data governance protocol.
  • Providing technical guidance and direction to members of the HR Team and where relevant the wider organisation on how to use the HRIS.
  • Prepare, maintain, and provide standard reports in line with ongoing end-user needs from multiple departments within the organization.
  • Completion of general administration tasks about HR Operations and Systems management.
