Responsibilities

  • Apply your talents to the entire employee life cycle from processing transactional requests to identifying opportunities in our HR Operating model to recommending and creating centralized talent management practices for the client teams to provide clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Provide expert consulting services on HR programs, processes, and initiatives; analyze situations and offer perspectives as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide tier 1 level support for inquiries around policies, procedures, payroll, time-keeping, benefits, leave of absence, etc. for approx. 1,600 employees across the development teams while empowering Employees and Managers to build Direct Access capabilities.
  • Partner with our HR centers of excellence (Global Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to assist Senior HR Partners with executing a suite of human resources programs.
  • Take ownership of onboarding for all dev team new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
  • Ensure the integrity of employee data by processing HR transactions in core HRIS and other various HR systems (Workday, Ultipro, etc.).
  • Provide HR Partners and respective client groups with reporting and special projects as required to enable data driven solutions.
  • Handle first level employee relations matters as they arise, with senior support for more challenging cases.
  • Assists the HR team with organizing new hire mixers and other HR related events and programs.
  • Complete Needs Assessment of HRBP workloads and recommend process efficiency and tools to streamline response times and shift from reactive to proactive and predictive documented solutions.
  • Work with HRBPs on reporting and data pulls from HR Systems.
