Responsibilities

  • Collect and assess data points (i.e. associate sentiment, etc.) leading to impact analysis and application countermeasures.
  • Advise and support customer in business decision analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures.
  • Coordinate the refinement and development of Honda of America Manufacturing policies and procedures.
  • Communicate company level initiatives as appropriate.
  • Provide an environment with adult learning techniques along with classroom instructional experiences. Improve and support development of future leaders within the Plant.
  • Strategic business partner with department regarding business plan themes or initiatives that might have an associate impact.
  • Support Honda of America Manufacturing legal team with court hearings and depositions.
  • Project management and support as assigned.
  • Advise on and coordinate regarding Exempt and Non-Exempt associates’ adherence to company policies and procedures with exit interviews, leave of absence, etc.
  • Support Non-Exempt associates with overall policy management and assist with fielding questions while providing associate relations.
  • Manage and support with associate movement process and evaluating documentation to ensure aligning with company policies, budgets, etc.
