What is the primary responsibility of the Integration Leader for HR Systems & Operations?
The primary responsibility is to lead the successful integration of HR operations and systems following the merger of Cover-More and AIG Travel, specifically through the implementation of Success Factors.
Where is the position based?
The position is based in either the Zurich Cover-More headquarters in New York City or the Zurich North America headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, with special remote/virtual office consideration for the right candidate.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the HR Systems & Operations area are required, along with strong project and program management experience and demonstrated skills in systems process design.
Are there preferred qualifications for this role?
Yes, preferred qualifications include exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, collaboration skills, effective leadership experience, relationship management skills, and an MBA or Master’s in Human Resources.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this position is $149,500 – $224,900, with eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus set at 25%.
What type of integration work will the leader be overseeing?
The leader will oversee the integration of existing HR systems from Cover-More Group and Zurich North America, ensure the deprecation of impacted systems, and build streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes.
How long is the integration period expected to last?
The integration period is expected to last 18 to 24 months, culminating in the implementation of Success Factors in October 2025.
