Responsibilities

  • Marketing and marketing communications
  • Networking and stakeholder management is required across a range of functions within the Commercial Organisation and beyond. They are also the key contact points for GBS and other partner roles relevant for market success.
  • Liaison with Market Access, GBS, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations etc. to ensure strategy and operations are optimized to ensure maximum salesforce effectiveness.
  • Work with relevant functions to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Amend & adapt any current country practice to deliver aligned corporate, EMEA and country priorities and strategic approaches.
  • Ensure all activities are planned and executed through processes which are 100% compliant with Abbott policies and procedures.
  • Gain deep understanding of customers’ product utilization, needs and insights and connect to relevant stakeholders / KOL to drive POC adoption.
  • Establish cluster and/or country customer insights. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to the EMEA Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the European network of product experts, driving commercial success.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Force in field.
  • Tailor to country need and execute GBU/ EMEA marketing and sales materials, consistent with product strategies that can be implemented on a cluster/country scale, working through the marketing services department for delivery of consistency, cost-effectiveness, and template sharing.
  • Participate in or contribute to regional business marketing planning process.
  • Drive and support a planned execution through a well-designed cluster/country marketing and sales strategy.
  • Recommend segmentation, value proposition development, product positioning, pricing strategy, branding strategy, channel strategy, communication strategy.
  • Analysis of the marketplace and ROI and tracking of KPI’s and leading business indicators as defined.
  • Support EMEA-wide and global initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with all other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing and strategic plans.
