  • Provide Finance support and evaluation to The Northern Ireland Finance Manager and local Partners across cashiering, payments, Residual Balances, Invoicing and all other elements of lock up.
  • Assist with cheque production for local and regional offices.
  • Working with wider Finance team and local partners to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with local Partners to prepare and send bills to clients where required.
  • Review and process high volumes of data efficiently and accurately to ensure the office is compliant with the Northern Ireland Law Society.
  • Seek process improvement opportunities, focusing on leveraging technology for automation.
  • Adapt duties as priorities evolve within the team.
