  • Perform domestic and global pre-deal diligence and post-deal integrations with a focus on Human Resources for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors
  • Lead the HR Due Diligence, Day 1 Readiness and Value Creation work streams as part of performance transformation or integration/separation
  • Lead HR Strategy business development initiatives cross industry
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing client services as well as, lead client interviews, workshops and industry research through secondary and primary resources
  • Manage the engagement and risk management process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's integration and separation teams and lead communication of results with clients
  • Develop, coach and mentor engagement managers and junior team members
