Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responding to and authoring BIM documentation for both internal and external use.
  • This role involves resourcing and allocating tasks to team members, carrying out appraisals, mentoring technicians and engineers, and providing constructive feedback to help them enhance their skills and knowledge in BIM-related activities.
  • Managing model environments is a key responsibility of this role, they will lead and develop the team’s BIM activities and capability within a large multi-disciplinary group of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all models meet both client project needs and that high standards are implemented and maintained.
