The salary range for this position is USD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per year.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A BA/BS degree in a related discipline is required, along with 6 years of experience in fields such as Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Process Improvement, or Data Science for HR. Candidates with a master's degree and 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree are also considered.
Is there a certification requirement for applicants?
Yes, certification in BPM and certification in HR/People Analytics and/or ROI is required.
