Responsibilities

  • Works with OE Director to align organizational development initiatives with company-wide strategic goals and growth objectives.
  • Provides thought leadership on organizational effectiveness practices, offering insights based on predictive analytics, HR trends, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversees the creation of predictive models to forecast key performance indicators related to workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
  • Applies advanced statistical methods to analyze workforce data, generating actionable insights to inform HR and organizational strategies.
  • Guides the team in efforts to measure the ROI of organizational development initiatives, reporting on metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitates process mapping and design sessions to create Current State and Future State process maps that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement during process mapping sessions.
