Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology partners
  • Lead strategy and research sessions, projects, and meetings with business and technology partners to gather, understand and document needs and requirements
  • Understand relevant technologies, capabilities and offerings both within United and externally
  • Co-develop, support, manage, and mature the Mosaic Program’s smart technology and AI strategy, and its product implementations
  • Participate in and lead the requirements and user story documentation process for Mosaic Program AI projects
  • Work collaboratively and ensure alignment with product managers, business analysts, scrum masters, project managers, architects, developers, engineers, data scientists, business partners, end users, eQE, and consultants to design, plan and deliver PSS products
  • Outline success metrics
  • Monitor progress of deliverables, keep dependent teams and projects informed on progress, take corrective action if deliverables cannot be met or if higher priorities disrupt prior commitments
  • Present to senior leadership about strategy, projects and progress
