Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our UX journeys alongside our Development partners, translating both user and business projects into viable solutions. Review options, constraints & impacts of change accordingly
  • Illustrate and produce high fidelity responsive designs, asset creation, user flows, wireframes & concept development across all digital design deliverables, building UI mock ups to illustrate interactivity
  • Act as sponsor for our varying web and marketing technologies including third-party, working with our Development, IT, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce teams to ensure solutions are compatible with our ecosystem.
  • Act as sponsor, alongside Digital Marketing Manager, for the brand visual identity, ensuring consistent adoption and implementation as well as regularly sharing feedback with our Global Brand partners
  • Oversee the development of the design and build of best digital assets following our Brand & Trading calendar, for on & off-site channels including Paid Social & Email.
  • Act as single point of expertise for our design technologies & software, including early adoption and scouting for new opportunities including AI
  • Lead the Design team of 2, leading their personal development plans & upskilling, as well as utilising internal tools for workload prioritisation & assignment
  • Ensure E-Commerce UX/UI best practices are in place and evolved across all team deliverables. Partner with broader team on testing opportunities to fuel Design learning and optimisations for continued bettering of assets
