Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders regarding development and implementation of comprehensive human capital strategies across business functions/areas
  • Coach executive and other leaders on business and human capital issues
  • Leverage relevant human capital data and insights to improve decision making aligned to strategy
  • Lead organizational development and design within divisions in partnership with COE's and Shared Services, orchestrate the delivery of relevant human capital solutions to meet business objectives, leveraging core/common/consistent programs and processes where possible
  • May coach and develop team of HR professionals to contribute to planning, review and execution of HR strategies across business unit(s)
