  • Interpret business strategy and provide guidance on change management, organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Engage to improve business outcomes through talent optimization and coaching managers to drive greater productivity and higher engagement
  • Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of key employees
  • Work often involves SLT-level interaction and consultation
  • Participate in special projects as needed
