  • The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • The successful applicants are expected to be a car driver due to the location and needs of the service.

Responsibilities

  • - Provide nursing support for adults with a learning disability and complex health needs and/or complex behaviours in a nurse-led health-based respite unit.
  • - Work alongside individuals, their families, and other professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • - Deliver person-centred and holistic care to improve health outcomes for adults with a learning disability.
  • - Support the health-based day service, The Lodge, situated on the same site.
  • - Communicate effectively with team members and service users.
  • - Work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • - Partake in training for all necessary clinical procedures.
