Responsibilities

  • Manages and supports multiple projects and initiatives across participating businesses.
  • Create analysis and reports to support decisions on day-to-day operations to devise strategic planning and improve efficiencies.
  • Determine market factors and external landscape to shape project strategy and standard methodologies (research, data, industry benchmarks etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to collaborate on recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Manage and coordinate project work streams across various markets/stakeholders, including tracking key activities and milestones, managing deliverables to deadlines, integrating activities across work-streams, and surfacing project risks and concerns as appropriate.
  • Supports Manager to create key presentations used in communications to business stakeholders.
  • Support Recruitment Manager on delivering projects and programs such as talent attraction campaigns, reviews of the selection process and ATS to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Lead and coordinate participation with internal Amex teams on recruitment activities and early talent programs.
