Responsibilities

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • - Participated in optimizing ZRL’s technology environment by helping develop business needs documentation and working with ZTD to improve operational performance by implementing effective technology platforms and environment.
  • - The primary liaison between ZRL Operations and ZTD will partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiencies and ensure comprehensive IT documentation where needed.
  • - Oversight and high-level coordination of ZRL technology-related initiatives and projects and collaboration with ZRL leadership to define needed initiatives and projects to optimize operational performance.
  • - Provide oversight and support the development of the ZRL Data & Analytics program, including direct management of the ZRL Data & Analytics Scientist.
  • - Coordinate with and manage technology-related contract resources (project managers, consultants related to projects, etc.)
  • - Oversight of technology-related projects, including responsibility for associated project budgets.
  • - Oversight of the technology aspects of large ZRL projects, ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with the ZRL technology strategy.
  • - Collaborating with ZTD on the development of ZRL’s technology support plan
  • - Collaborating with ZTD on the integration of ZRL systems and applications
  • - Collaborating with ZRL PMO/Program Management to help define technology aspects of ZRL high-priority projects.
