Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all staff get the appropriate access to the IT applications & services they need quickly.
  • Ensuring people who leave the organisation have their access removed in a timely manner to minimise security risks.
  • Co-ordinating the various Recertification processes so all Line Managers confirm twice a year what access their team members need to have for various IT systems and certain critical data files.
  • Dealing with Regulatory audits, internal audits and external audits and ensuring any controls breaches are avoided or remediated quickly.
  • Providing advice to all Bank Of Ireland units and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Dealing with every organisational unit within the Bank and every 3rd party partner that provide support to Bank Of Ireland.
  • Point of contact for trouble shooting customer issues as required this includes both end users (staff) and partners (e.g. Service Managers).
  • Acting as a point of contact for Central Access Management Team (CAMT) which carries out the actual User Access Management activities on behalf of the bank.
  • Producing MI relating to daily User Access Management activity and semi-annual recertification processes.
  • Providing day to day support to the User Access Management / Recertification Manager as required.
  • Collating feedback from Customers (internal and 3rd party) in relation to User Action Management and Recertification activities.
  • Working with Group Change project teams in relation to transitioning their User Access Management activities into CAMT.
