Responsibilities

  • Tu nettoieras et mettras en place le point de vente selon les procédures de l’hôtel.
  • Tu assureras le dressage des tables.
  • Tu assureras le débarrassage et le nettoyage des tables durant le service.
  • Tu assureras l’approvisionnement du point de vente de façon à rendre ses conditions d’utilisation optimales.
  • Tu prendras les commandes et serviras les clients.
  • Tu pourras être amené à faire l’ouverture et la fermeture du restaurant.
  • Tu effectueras et/ou pourras être amené à attribuer les tâches telles que la mise en place, le service des mets et boissons, le débarrassage, la remise au propre et en état des lieux de vente, le tri du linge, le polissage, etc.
  • La composition des cartes et des produits qui y figurent n’auront plus de secret pour toi.
  • Tu pourras être amené à s’occuper de l’activité banquet :
  • Accueil des clients
  • Mise en place des pauses
  • Suivi des clients
  • Connecter le matériel des clients
  • Servir et animer les espaces de restauration des banquets
  • Etre en contact permanant avec l’équipe événementiel
  • Participe au « BEO » meeting (Banquet event order)
  • S’assurer de la propreté des offices et espaces banquet
  • Tenir informé ses supérieurs hiérarchiques sur les besoins des commandes pour le département
  • Participer à la mise en place des banquets selon les indications sur les fiches de fonction.
  • Tu participeras et/ou animeras le 15 minutes training.
