Responsibilities

  • Leads the Commercial and Business Development teams to develop and successfully execute annual revenue targets across all markets with Commercial and Business Development capabilities.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales reports; uses data to project sales and determine profitability and targets.
  • Ensure key processes are consistently implemented – appointment setting, thorough inspection process, selling technique, i360, Captivated, all leading to consistently meeting and exceeding the Bone-Dry Experience.
  • Continually assess market conditions against sales capacity to ensure proper coverage and timely customer meetings.
  • Role Model a mindset that promotes a high-performance culture and mindset amongst the team.
  • Works collaboratively on marketing programs and promotions to increase sales.
  • Conduct regular meetings to ensure constant communication and consistent application of company sales strategy, policies, etc. with the sales and Business Development team.
  • Works with the Business Development team to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through email, video/telephone calls, in-person meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintains oversight of sales metrics to include total sales, monthly sales, and closing percentage, resulting appointments, debriefs, and follow-ups.
  • Identifies opportunities and strategies for improvement in the market; designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Set annual budgets and goals with the sales team.
  • Monitors and approves expenses and ensures compliance with budgets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Conducts weekly 1 on 1's with team members to assess monthly progress toward personal and company goals.
  • Co-travels with each team member quarterly with feedback on direction, performance, and personal development.
  • Responsible for performance management and Personal Development Plans of the entire team.
  • Ensures A/R and total outstanding balances are within company guidelines.
  • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales & production techniques and strategies.
  • Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and increase morale.
  • Ensures that safety guidelines are followed and trained quarterly.
  • Directs team and self to satisfactorily complete all assigned training via Bone Dry University.
  • Drive relationship between Production and Sales departments to ensure strong execution and communication.
