Responsibilities

  • Incentive Plan Management
  • CBG CIP/SWMIP Management
  • Ensure goals are established and communicated timely each plan year.
  • Maintain the Varicent goal sheets throughout the year.
  • Ensure the accuracy of final results and bonus payouts at year-end.
  • CBG Sales Incentive Plans
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership to develop goal structure/design each plan year.
  • Ensure goals are established and communicated in a timely manner each year.
  • Maintain the Varicent goal sheets throughout the year.
  • Ensure the accuracy of final results and bonus payouts at year-end.
  • Job Grades & Wage Reviews
  • Complete job grades in a timely manner to assist the business in hiring the right talent with competitive compensation.
  • Conduct wage reviews, and benchmarking against internal and external data, to ensure fair and competitive wages.
  • Update labor markets annually to maintain internal equity for high-cost of labor areas.
  • Create and maintain functional salary grading structures.
  • Partner with International Compensation Director(s) and local HRBPs for base pay administration as needed.
  • Award & Recognition Program Management
  • Partner with the VP of Human Resources to administer the annual Spectrum & Circle Sales Awards.
  • Partner with HR and the vendor to design, promote, and measure the effectiveness of Celebrate Recognition initiatives.
  • Manage CBG DSO/DCA process.
  • Special Projects
  • Work with Sales Leadership and Finance to design, implement, and track sales contests.
  • Provide education and training to managers and employees on total reward opportunities.
