Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly audits to assess compliance with OAR case handling for investigators and associate relations consultants.
  • Plan and execute monthly audits for Compliance ensuring employment laws and regulations are adhered to.
  • Plan and execute monthly audits to ensure the Associate Solutions Center case handling and records retention protocols are followed to OAR and legal standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes, findings, and recommendations.
  • Review and assess HR policies and resources ensuring they are current and comply with legal standards and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on audit findings including general OAR data and quality initiatives and present them to leadership.
  • Perform additional risk and control assessments to identify potential issues within overall function.
  • Analyze OAR data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations based on data to enhance process and efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate OAR associates on best practices and case management usage.
  • Spearhead updates and annual maintenance for standard operating procedures, including knowledge articles, Teams channels, and other record keeping SharePoint/folders.
  • Champion function automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • May be asked to provide support to administrative activities for reductions in force (RIFs) as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc project management/support as needed (e.g., compliance knowledge management initiatives, ServiceNow updates, process improvements, etc.).
  • Offer and conduct performance management best practices sessions for business unit leaders specific to leveraging corrective action.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
