Responsibilities

  • Gestire le richieste dei Clienti, pervenute telefonicamente, via email o mail, operando in una logica Customer Experience secondo gli SLA Aziendali
  • Gestire le chiamate inbound relative alle “Job” e “Call-out” dei Clienti secondo gli SLA aziendali ascoltando empaticamente e proattivamente il Cliente
  • Identificare le necessità del Cliente e proporre la soluzione adeguata agendo in una logica di Fist Call Resolution secondo l’infestazione rilevata, quotare correttamente l’intervento telefonicamente, in caso di accettazione del preventivo, effettuare la pianificazione sui sistemi operativi aziendali, contattando il tecnico e successivo follow-up con il Cliente
  • Collaborare attivamente con tutti gli altri reparti aziendali - in particolar modo con il reparto del Servizio - al fine di risolvere le esigenze / richieste dei clienti
  • Garantire il rispetto dei KPl’s quali-quantitativi assegnati al Reparto
