Responsibilities

  • Create unique experiential designs for Krispy Kreme locations internationally.
  • Layout test-fits for site plans and tenants finish out projects in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Create realistic renderings and 3D models of proposed shops.
  • Assist and support franchisees in their design efforts including store planning, site planning, prototype designs and new fixture development.
  • Drive the execution of process and facilitate meetings involving Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and outside vendors.
  • Responsible for feedback and direction to all vendor teams, consultants and contractors during the initial design phase in the management of the scope of work.
  • Initiate and develop new store design initiatives including architectural, interior, graphic and merchandising elements.
  • Lead efforts to share best practices across franchisee markets with respect to store design.
  • Identify potential issues and be an independent thinker that develops solutions while also working with the parties involved.
  • Consults with all markets with a forecast of future remodel and new store development timelines.
  • Provides clear, effective and timely communication of design direction and changes as well as identifies exceptions and proposes solutions revolving around the design development process.
