In addition to management duties, you will also have sole responsibility to conceptualise creative interior designs for your own projects.
This includes: Developing the client brief through client interview, data collection and building appraisal
Appraising client working methods through workplace consultancy practices to make recommendations for workplace transformation.
To collaborate with the Tetris Furniture Solutions
To oversee multiple design projects simultaneously
Preparing pitch documents and presentations including briefing and managing designers, visualisers, graphic designers and design assistants
Winning work by presenting personal and team designs in a competitive pitch situation
To lead, mentor, develop a team of designers
Attending site meetings where possible
To allocate resources effectively and to manage budgets
Establish standards and guidelines
To set a relationship of trust with the build team and all other departments
Report financial performance on monthly basis
Liaising with technical designers, suppliers and subcontractors to manage and develop the design through each stage of the process from conception to completion.
