Responsibilities

  • Assists with the program development, coordination, and implementation of access to housing resources to include researching best practices.
  • Create new contracts, scopes of work that align with contracts, submit, and review reports, monitor contract compliance, provide follow-up support to contracted vendors.
  • Support with budget oversight, ensure spend down is accurate and occurring in appropriate amount of time.
  • Assist with data analysis, outreach contracts, identify gaps in services, and needs for further development or investment and collaborations to improve outcomes to housing.
  • Recruit and maintain and inventory of vendors to support sober living, shelter, rental assistance, assistant living, and other housing resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the Case Managers, internal and external stakeholders to provide updated available housing resources, criteria, and referral processes.
  • Identify new and/or support current collaborations task forces, organizations and community-based agencies working to address housing efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
