Responsibilities

  • Provide program planning support through data analyses. Conduct research, business plan analyses and feasibility studies. Identify trends and develop recommendations for highly complex issues.
  • Encourage growth of the HR Reporting & Business Planning Analytics COE by conducting research, defining / documenting requirements for product needs, and building those products with a focus on repeatability and automation.
  • Recommend new or additional data standards that support the goal of data reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize downstream impacts and maximize adoption of new and existing reporting products.
  • Experience identifying data trends and presenting data to tell business story
  • Lead or participate in projects and operations as a subject matter expert to develop complex solutions and concepts including, but not limited to analysis, reporting, budget and scheduling.
  • Independently consult with internal customers to identify data needs and develop complex solutions and recommendations.
  • Support HR in their transformation to data-driven decision making through ongoing collaboration with peers, leadership, and business partners. Provide training, demos, and support where appropriate.
  • Conduct risk, resource, cost-benefit, variance, impact and/or other complex analyses. Develop metrics for and monitor performance of business unit, organization, initiatives and/or business operations.
  • Use keen critical thinking skills to regularly discover and create new information from large datasets. Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, evaluate efficacy of HR programs, and recommend actions that support data-driven decision making.
  • Develop complex modeling and reporting tools or other systems for monitoring and analyzing performance or data integrity.
  • Find and extract data from core HR systems (Workday, Service Now, Cornerstone) using available reporting and API capabilities. Develop, test, and maintain data transformations (Alteryx, RedShift) to support ongoing reporting needs. Independently build reporting and analytics dashboards (Power BI) related to key HR and business processes.
