Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding human resources matters. Respond to staff inquiries or redirect to appropriate team.
  • Handle regular and ad hoc reporting requests and audits, including synthesizing data in a digestible format.
  • Follow up with employees to ensure compliance on people processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage employee transactions, including transfers and leaves of absence. Maintain employee information within internal databases and systems.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including, but not limited to, drafting communications, coordinating review sessions, organizing materials, and managing data.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Coordinate training initiatives with internal teams.
  • Assist in designing and implementing people-related ad hoc programs, such as networking and social events, panel discussions, and others, to facilitate employee engagement, inclusion, and development.
  • Contribute to firmwide initiatives and process improvements within the people space. Ensure that best-practices are proactively documented.
  • Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the People Business Partner team as needed.
