Responsibilities

  • Participates in creation and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Management department goals
  • Manages and oversees assigned projects with significant accountability; meets expectations to “get stuff done”
  • Builds on clinical vision to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and build business cases for initiatives, to measure and achieve goals
  • Utilizes strong problem-solving abilities to take complex issues, develop detailed plans, and coordinate execution
  • Assists in the detailed review/development of training materials and other collateral in support of clinic teammates
  • Collaborates with other Village departments such as Pharos IT and others to manage the ongoing development and enhancements of the system
  • Helps with reporting and presenting the work that CPM does with other stakeholders
