Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung der Kunden, Händler und Kollegen aus dem Inland und Ausland per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff bei allen anfallenden Hardware-, Software sowie Firmwarefragen.
  • Analyse und Klassifikation der Fehlerbeschreibung im Problemfall.
  • Produktbezogene Unterstützung der Nutzer und Planer auf Ebene des Second Level Supports.
  • Dokumentation und Analyse der Supportfälle und Bericht an das Management.
  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Überprüfung unseres FAQ-Systems (in Deutsch und Englisch).
