Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a platform for collaboration and information sharing.
  • Monitors project progress and intervenes pro-actively; escalates if appropriate.
  • Sees to a timely and thorough preparation of documentation, meetings etc.
  • Prepare power point packs for formal meetings like steerco's and committees and/or review steerco packs produced by PM.
  • Organize logistics: onboarding of new project resources, organize and plan recurring (steerco meetings) and ad hoc meetings, capture and share minutes of the meeting, align with senior secretaries in case Management Board members are involved.
  • Ensures compliance with in-and external regulations.
  • A can-do attitude and commercial mind-set with experienced in working to targets and is not afraid to get their hands dirty where necessary.
  • Overseeing a fast-paced project portfolio with the ability to optimize and or offer support to guarantee timelines and requirements are met.
  • Coordinate the project management team and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure, establish and maintain the Project Management Standards, and best practice, ensuring that project is executed efficiently.
  • Monitor expenditures and create detailed reports for steerco and/or upper management.
  • Administration miscellaneous like monitoring of time capturing by project members.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests with Service Desk.
