Responsibilities

  • The Talent Development Manager is responsible for the design and execution of talent management and L&D initiatives across Australia & New Zealand as well as the end-to-end management of the IMPT & GMT graduate program.
  • They will work with the Head of HR Business Partnering and wider HR team to develop the Talent and L&D strategy for functions and sites.
  • The Talent Development Manager is also responsible for leading a team of Talent Development Advisors across Compliance, KHMS and Leadership Development.
  • Execution of the talent review process across Australia and New Zealand, including working with the HR Business Partners to drive actions on top talent, critical talent, and big bets, including internal mobility (domestic & international) and stretch opportunities.
  • Working with the HR Business Partners and leadership teams in building out succession plans for critical roles and working with the Talent Acquisition Manager for Operations to build out internal vs external talent maps.
  • Managing the ANZ IMTP and GMT Graduate program end-to-end including recruitment and the roll out of the program milestones throughout the year.
  • Designing and execution of the ANZ Learning & Development Strategy, focusing on technical, KHMS, compliance, capability, leadership development and business fundamentals.
  • Partnering with the Global and International Talent and L&D teams to execute and coordinate local training and initiatives.
