Responsibilities

  • Contribute to formulation and implementation of C&A technical strategy and animate knowledge sharing among all departments to lead organisation's effectiveness, according to our goals and within budget.
  • Provide direction from the local applications and creation standpoint to develop S+T strategies
  • Manage the lab/pilot plant equipment needs within the capital budget to improve the technical projects within the Segment Group, Creation Group and Country Technical team
  • Coordinate with all departments the needs of the department and manage the approach and tools needed to improve the technical execution of the Segment Group, Creation Group and Country Technical team
  • You will be the main technical contact at selected key accounts to develop relationships at the customer to better complete at all levels of project requirements and leading customer visits and product presentations at the customer
  • Be a technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, application, sensory and customers for multiple applications and creations
  • Participate as a local champion for new Technologies
  • Manage the performance of a (team more than 4-6 members) Segment Group, Creation Group and Country Technical team to accomplish the technical objectives to meet or exceed the goals
