Internship Digital Marketing 12 months (60%-100%) all Genders 


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul><li>Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the digital agenda for all Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland brands.</li>
<li>Manage projects to update website content, including minor content updates, for all relevant Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland websites.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve SEO KPIs.</li>
<li>Assist Brand Managers in localizing existing global brand content into locally relevant content for online advertising materials and e-content toolkits (adaptation of content and design assets to local market requirements, provision of assets in certain formats).</li>
<li>Support in managing campaigns (SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, etc.).</li>
<li>Create reports and data analyses of website and campaign KPIs using various dashboard solutions such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor digital trends and handle other ad hoc tasks.</li>
<li>Participate in the creation and implementation of a newsletter</li></ul> 

WHO YOU ARE 

<ul><li>Student or Bachelor in Business Administration is highly desirable</li>
<li>Eager to learn, well-organized, independent worker with quick understanding</li>
<li>Enthusiasm and interest in digital communication and innovation</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing; some experience is desirable</li>
<li>Basic know-how in project management, preferably in the digital area</li>
<li>Solution-oriented and analytical thinker</li>
