This role works in a retail store environment involving fast paced and some moderate physical aspects to the role in merchandising. This role involves walking for the majority of the day.

You help our consumers and business customers achieve their working &amp; learning goals by sharing your knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm on the latest wireless tech products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you will partner with management to determine and deliver on daily financial/ non-financial goals. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously grow their knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and interact with the larger store team and other business units by sharing your expertise.
Specifically, you will:
<ul><li>Partner with management to identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless department
</li><li>Ensure team understands connection between store financial success and the wireless department
</li><li>Lead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve current goals and targets
</li><li>Lead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments when not engaged with a customer at the wireless kiosk
</li><li>Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriate
</li><li>Perform follow-up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services where applicable
</li><li>Take opportunities to identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects such as generating referrals and participating in outreach activities
