Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day creation and status of Components and SKU specifications to ensure flawless execution of packaging assemblies for the BCC business unit.
  • Interface with multiple interconnected Kimberly-Clark data management systems managing workflow and directing work tasks to other departments and functions (e.g. PLM & MDG). Manage information that flows to externally facing systems utilized directly by Kimberly-Clark sales teams and for customer communication.
  • Collaborate with and influence cross functional partners to drive on-time project completion.
  • Troubleshoot and collaborating with appropriate teams to resolve issues and identify process improvements.
  • Request System Updates/enhancements: Phrase Lists, Inheritance Templates, new calculations, formulas, process improvements, etc.
  • Work with PLM team for as needed User Acceptance Testing.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Kimberly-Clark operations and production capabilities, as well as packaging and supply chain processes to capitalize on cost reduction opportunities and increase production and process efficiency.
  • Create and update work instructions and procedures.
  • Review obsolescence reports and confirm specifications to obsolete.
