Our retail stores are more than somewhere to pick up the groceries &mdash; they&rsquo;re the heart of the town or village, the place to bump into friends, or even a vital service for vulnerable people. Our Customer Service Assistants don&rsquo;t just help improve store performance and efficiency, they&rsquo;re the friendly, recognisable face within the local community. 


What we&rsquo;re looking for

We&rsquo;re offering an exciting and varied role on a part time basis within our retail store. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. You&rsquo;ll be a fantastic communicator and not afraid to strike up conversations with anyone and everyone. You&rsquo;ll have excellent communication skills, and be a great team player with a positive &lsquo;can do&rsquo; attitude. You&rsquo;ll also have a keen enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and won&rsquo;t be afraid to get stuck in and carry out day-to-day tasks, including:

As a Team Leader, you&rsquo;ll support the Store Manager to motivate, engage, lead &amp; develop a team of colleagues.

We&rsquo;re after the right candidate to encourage and drive the team forward, to promote, embed and support our values and community spirit, and provide an excellent memorable experience all round. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
