The division incorporates surgical and medical specialties that manage diseases and disorders of the digestive system. The role is responsible for the careful management of the surgical pathways. You will undertake a key role in a busy and demanding elective service, ensuring we deliver on a range of targets including theatre utilisation, RTT compliance and waiting list management. The ideal candidate will have a patient centred approach and experience of working within a busy NHS team, with values that are aligned with the Trust’s core values.
