Responsibilities

  • - Manage client relationships and day-to-day engagement and as the main point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • - Coach, support and enable a diverse sales team across multiple disciplines and workflows, overseeing team performance against specified goals.
  • - Create and implement systems and processes to measure quality, effectiveness and productivity of the team.
  • - Report on forecasting, performance to goal, trends, blockers and opportunities.
  • - Collaborate with Program Director, Training and Quality teams to identify strategies, and processes to achieve increased revenue goals, improved conversion rates and faster moving pipelines
  • - Prepare and conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with clients and be a key contributor to quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • - Set team goals in partnership with analytics team and Bird client and oversee team performance to goal.
  • - Manage, coach and mentor team leaders to ensure optimal performance.
  • - Develop and implement strategies that drive employee engagement, performance and retention.
  • - Maintain staffing optimization through deliberate hiring practices, employee retention, performance planning, and disciplinary action.
  • - Continuously increase the effectiveness of the team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes.
  • - Collaborate frequently within the MarketStar ecosystem including your Director and VP, Business Intelligence, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and MarketStar Foundation
  • - Identify strategic initiatives to grow and adapt the program to market conditions and client needs alongside your client contacts with a focus on increasing team size
  • - Proactively gather market insights through qualitative and quantitative data analysis to share with the Bird client and drive increased performance
  • - Serve as product and service subject matter expert with acute understanding of the client’s value proposition from both a technical and business prospective new clients
